
Alex Shulman received his undergraduate degree, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2003. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 2007. Mr. Shulman is the managing partner of the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and social security disability. He handles all phases of litigation, from inception to trial. Alex is very active in community groups, as well as in legal industry associations. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Shulman was heavily involved within the civil rights sphere and served as an intern in Washington, DC at the United States Department of Commerce and the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith. During law school, he was a member of Moot Court and received a number of honors and scholarships. Recently, Mr. Shulman has taught a continuing education class for lawyers at the Brooklyn Bar Association Mr. Shulman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He speaks fluent Russian and is a member of a number of organizations, which serve the Russian community throughout the state of New York.
